HOUSTON,TX  – Eddy Kane, a Houston lyrist, has admired and had a love for music since he was just a young boy. As a Houston native, he grew up listening to Slim Thug, Pimp C and DJ Screw. While admiring their drive, hustle and love for the art, Eddy Kane drew inspiration from these Houston artists. His inspiration also comes from artists like Fabolous, Kanye West, and DipSet. With the combination of these artists’ individual styles, Eddy Kane was able to find and create his own unique style unlike any artists in Houston. Eddy Kane says that other than his intense love of music, his most important driving factor to succeed is his daughter.
